The service PentestPlanner (the "Service") is operated by Integra Consulting Services s.r.o., Company ID: 24216941, contact David.Picha@integra.cz.
2. What the Service does
PentestPlanner is a deterministic scoping calculator that helps pentest teams estimate effort (man-days) for security assessments. Estimates are computed from rule-based logic on your inputs. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a planning aid, not as a binding commercial offer.
3. Account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting David.Picha@integra.cz.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or attack the Service.
- Do not upload data you do not have the right to process (e.g. client confidential information without permission).
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the project data and estimates you create. We process them only to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
6. Disclaimer
Estimates are advisory. The Provider does not guarantee that an estimate matches the actual effort of any specific engagement. You are solely responsible for commercial decisions based on the Service's output.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
